開業至今超過五十年的「老邱百貨行」，民國五十三年在後育樂街開張，在從事百貨業之前，第一代的邱老闆曾經賣過內外鍋、米和南北貨、甚至也自己綁掃帚來賣；店面後來搬至勝利路153號，也是最多人印象深刻的「三角窗」店址，因原房東將店面售出，而再遷至現址的勝利路141號。五十多年來一直與成大當鄰居的老邱百貨自然而然成為成大人最熟悉的萬能店舖。
