月慧山觀音禪院位處於高雄內門金瓜寮，青山繚繞，竹林蒼鬱，並有綺麗多變的日出、雲景與夕陽晚霞，景色怡人，堪稱殊勝。在這裡沒有雕樑畫棟、沒有繁華喧囂，有的是梵音、晨鐘暮鼓、蟬鳴鳥聲與您相伴！
主殿圓通寶殿主祀:千手千眼觀世音菩薩。三清觀主祀:三清道祖、北極玄天上帝。
月慧山是一座兼具修行、休閒、書院風格之演化道場。
