To protect your rights and interests, please confirm that you agree with all terms before using the Service. If the Company revises or changes the content of these terms in the future, the revised terms will be published on this page. If you continue to use the Service after such revisions or changes, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept such revisions or changes. If you are unable to comply with or do not agree to the content of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately. To ensure your rights, we recommend that you regularly check the latest version of these terms. If you are under the age of 20, your legal representative (parent) or guardian must read, understand, and agree to all the content of these terms before you may register for and use the Service. When you use the Service, it is deemed that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the content of these terms and any subsequent revisions.

I. Registration and Service Principles
Once your information is confirmed to be correct, the Service will provide you with various functions and services such as guided tours, immersive games, and AR, combined with positioning to offer location-based services (LBS). Specific details are subject to what the Service provides.

II. Personal Data and Privacy Protection
Regarding your personal data, the Company will protect them in accordance with the law, as explained below:

2. Sources of personal data collection: The Company collects data that you upload, transmit, input, publicly post, or otherwise provide to the Service. This includes information you fill in during registration such as name, phone number, email, address, username, password, gender, date of birth, location, and payment-related information (actual credit card data is processed by third-party payment service providers; the Service does not store complete credit card information), as well as connection information when you visit our services or use our software.
3. Data security and protection methods: The Service's servers are equipped with various information security facilities and necessary security protection measures such as firewalls and anti-virus systems. Strict protection measures are adopted to protect the Service and your personal data. Only authorized personnel may access your personal data. All relevant processing personnel have signed confidentiality agreements. Violation of confidentiality obligations will be subject to corresponding legal penalties.
4. Purposes of personal data collection:
  • (1) To verify member identity, provide member services, manage member data, contact members, send notifications, and conduct consumer or online behavior surveys and research for better services. For example, we detect your phone's location data to automatically trigger voice introductions when you arrive at a specified location, or to record your location trajectory to calculate travel distance.
  • (2) To collect, process, and use personal data in accordance with laws, regulatory requirements, legal obligations, contracts, quasi-contracts, or other legal relationships.
  • (3) Collection purposes include marketing operations; consumer and customer management and service; other operations consistent with business registration items or organizational charter; and other consulting and advisory services.
5. Categories of personal data collected include data registered or retained by you in the Service, such as name, email address, location, etc. During general browsing, the Service also automatically records related activities, including the IP address of your connecting device, usage time, device model, browsing and click data records, as well as content uploaded by users (such as images, text, games, and guided tour data).
6. Use of personal data:
  • (1) For personal data registered or retained by you, you agree that the Company may record, preserve, and use the data and records retained or generated by you in the Service within the scope of providing marketing, market analysis, statistics or research for the Service, or providing users with personalized or value-added services.
  • (2) The Company processes and uses your personal data only within the scope of specific collection purposes and relevant laws and regulations. Unless otherwise agreed by you or specifically provided by other laws, the Company will never disclose your personal data to third parties or use them for purposes other than the collection purposes.
Content uploaded by users may be viewable, shareable, or usable by other users depending on its settings.

  • (2) Regions: Areas where the Company and organizations that have entered into contracts with the Company for business purposes are located (which may include locations outside of Taiwan).
  • (3) Recipients: The Company, and organizations that have contractual or business relationships with the Company due to business needs.
  • (4) Methods: Use consistent with specific collection purposes and within the scope prescribed by laws and regulations.
8. Rights of data subjects:
  • (1) Except for exceptions specified in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may make inquiries, request to review, or request copies from the Company via email. However, the Company may charge necessary costs pursuant to Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • (2) You may register your name and email address in the Service to immediately review or change your personal data file.
  • (3) If you wish to request the cessation or deletion of your personal data, please indicate by email that you wish to delete your personal data and provide your contact information. If you choose to cease processing or using some of your personal data, resulting in insufficient or inaccurate data, the Company may be unable to provide complete services.
9. Protection of personal data:
  • (1) On our platform, to allow users to conveniently verify whether the information they entered is correct, we choose not to mask certain sensitive data fields. This includes the email field during user registration and login, as well as information on personal data and purchase pages that require login to view, such as name, email, date of birth, gender, phone number, and address fields, which are displayed without masking so users can confirm the accuracy of their information. As for credit card information, since it is only entered once during the transaction process and the system does not store any credit card information, it is also not masked for ease of verification. We encourage users to properly safeguard their devices and equipment, and ensure the security of their login information, to prevent data from being viewed, illegally used, or tampered with. If a user discovers any unusual activity, they should contact us immediately so we can stop the relevant service and take appropriate preventive measures. We will assist in investigating and clarifying any identity impersonation or theft. However, if the damage is caused by the user's own intentional act or negligence, the user shall bear the relevant responsibility.
  • (2) The Company will store all of your personal data in our data storage system with strict protection measures to prevent access by unauthorized personnel. All Company personnel have received comprehensive information confidentiality training, and all relevant processing personnel have signed confidentiality agreements. Violation of confidentiality obligations will be subject to penalties under relevant laws and Company internal regulations.
  • (3) To protect the integrity and security of your personal data, the data processing systems that store your personal data are equipped with various information security facilities and necessary security protection measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or destruction.
  • (4) When it is necessary to entrust third parties to provide services due to business needs, the Company will also strictly require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and take necessary inspection procedures to ensure their compliance.

IV. User Obligations and Commitments
(a) In addition to complying with the terms of the Service, you agree to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China, the Company's various service and business rules, and the regulations related to international communication network practices and etiquette, and agree not to engage in the following acts:
1. Stealing, altering, or destroying other people's information.
2. Transmitting or distributing phone or computer viruses.
3. Using the Service under another person's name.
4. Other acts not consistent with the purposes of use provided by the Service or acts the Company has legitimate reason to consider inappropriate.
(b) If the Company discovers or receives complaints that you have violated or are suspected of violating the above provisions, the Company has the right to terminate or suspend your services. If you object to such termination or suspension, you may notify the Company. When your use of the Service is terminated or suspended, the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party. In addition to assuming the resulting legal liability, you shall be liable for compensation and reimbursement for any damage or loss (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees incurred in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings) suffered by the Company or its affiliates, employees, trustees, agents, and other relevant performance assistants.
(c) If your use of the Service requires separate charges or collection of information service fees as agreed, you shall agree to comply with the Company's relevant service fee collection methods and instructions.

V. Service Suspension or Interruption
The Company will maintain the normal operation of the Service through reasonable methods and technology. However, in any of the following circumstances, the Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without any liability for compensation to users:
1. When migrating, replacing, or maintaining relevant system equipment.
2. When service cessation or interruption occurs due to causes not attributable to the Company.

4. When sudden electronic communication equipment failure occurs.
5. When your service information is displayed incorrectly, or is falsified, tampered with, deleted, or intercepted due to causes beyond the Company's control.

You agree that when using the Service, all declarations of intent for transactions shall be made via electronic documents. When you click function buttons such as agree or confirm on various service and function pages, it shall be deemed your formal declaration of intent.

In order to provide you with the best service, this website will place and access our cookies and related technologies (including for traffic analysis and service optimization) on your computer. (b) Any disputes arising between users and the Company from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

XI. Public Nature of User Content
Content uploaded or created by users on the Service may be public content and may be viewed, shared, or referenced by other users. Public content may be indexed by search engines or disseminated through third-party platforms, and the Company cannot control its subsequent use.

XII. Account Deletion and Data Retention
When you apply for account deletion, the Company will delete or cease using your personal data within a reasonable period. However, content that has been made public or obtained by other users may continue to be retained based on service operation needs or the rights of others.
